LFOΒΆ

LFO is an oscillator with different waveshapes that can run free or synced to the main clock.

frequency sets the rate of the LFO in Hz. It can be set as low as 0.001 Hz (= 1000 seconds!) and goes up to 100 Hz.

clock mult sets the rate of the LFO in relation to the main clock (if trig is sync).

Note

When clock mult is 1 the LFO completes a cycle in 1 beat. If set to 2 it completes two cycles in 1 beat (faster) and if set to 1/2 it completes one cycle in 2 beats (slower).

smoothing can be used to slew fast changes in the LFO shape (if shape is not sine).

fold sets the amount of folding (if shape is sine).

amount sets the modulation depth.

trig sets if the waveform is restarted: - (free running), note, reset or sync.

shape sets the shape of the LFO: sine, rising (sawtooth), falling (sawtooth), square or random steps.

range sets the range/polarity of the LFO: normal, invert, positive or negative.
